the AI that runs your stuff · patent pending

Point your camera at the pile. Walk away with a plan — and a price — for every single thing.

ClutterCoach scans any room, identifies each item, and hands down a verdict with coaching: what to keep, what to sell (with the listing already written), what to donate, toss, or replace.

01 / 05 — scan & sort

Snap a room. Every item gets a verdict.

One photo is enough. ClutterCoach identifies each item it sees and sorts the lot into four piles — keep, sell, donate, toss — with coaching on the calls you’d otherwise agonize over.

  • Item-by-item recognition — not "looks cluttered," but a named list of what's actually there
  • Four piles, one pass — keep, sell, donate, toss; anything better replaced than kept gets flagged inside Keep
  • Coaching, not nagging — a reason attached to every call, so letting go gets easier

coach ▸ The lantern hasn't left the shelf in two moves — comparable ones are listed at $38–$47 right now. Listing takes one tap.

02 / 05 — sell mode

Listings written for you, priced by the real market.

No guessing what it’s worth. ClutterCoach pulls live eBay comparables for your item, works them down from asking toward a realistic sale price, then drafts a ready-to-post listing tailored to each marketplace’s format.

  • Real pricing — built from live eBay listings for comparable items, discounted from asking toward what things actually sell for
  • 8 marketplaces — one tap copies the listing and opens eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Mercari, OfferUp, Poshmark, Depop, Vinted or Craigslist. You post it yourself.
  • Tailored copy — title, description and condition notes written in the platform’s house style

03 / 05 — design mode

Empty room? It plans the fill.

Point it at a bare space — a new apartment, a cleared-out office — and Design Mode reads the room and proposes pieces scaled to what it sees: core furniture, storage, lighting, finishing, with the reasoning for each.

  • Scaled to the room — each suggestion sized against the space in your photo, with the reasoning shown
  • Four categories — core furniture, storage, lighting and finishing, so the room gets a plan, not a shopping list
  • From clutter to layout — the same app that empties the room helps you rebuild it

04 / 05 — your stuff

A running catalogue, built as a side effect.

Every item you scan joins one list — grouped by verdict, counted, and totalled as you go. No separate “inventory day”: the record builds itself while you decide.

  • Automatic — it accumulates across every scan, in every room
  • Valued — anything with a resale comparable carries its estimate, with a running total per group
  • Exportable — the donate pile becomes a fair-market-value report you can share or save; estimates, not an appraisal

05 / 05 — storage & organizing

Organizing picks for everything you’re keeping.

For everything marked KEEP, ClutterCoach recommends bins, racks, and organizers matched to the items you’re keeping and the space you describe. Links go to Amazon, Target, and Walmart.

  • Specific, not generic — “clear stackable 12-qt bins”, not “storage”
  • Three retailers — Amazon, Target, Walmart (search links; the retailer shows the live price)
  • Closes the loop — what stays gets a home, so the clutter doesn’t come back

AI issues the verdicts

Every item identified, valued, and sorted KEEP SELL DONATE DISPOSE REPLACE — with a coach's reasoning attached.

STEP 3 — ACT

Post, donate, organize

Listings drafted for 8 marketplaces, donation values tracked for taxes, storage picks for what stays.

built for the big moments

When your stuff becomes a project, ClutterCoach becomes a plan.

MOVING MODE

Sell before you haul

A sell-before-you-move plan that turns dead weight into moving-fund cash — plus box manifests so you know what's in every carton on the other end.

DONATION REPORTS

Tax value, documented

Every donated item logged with an estimated fair-market value, compiled into a report your tax preparer will actually thank you for.

DONATION REPORT

Deductions you’d otherwise forget

The donate pile exports as a fair-market-value report with item names and estimated values — a head start on the paperwork, generated from a scan you already did. Estimates only: keep your own receipts.

▸ ShareReel Turn a finished scan into a share-ready reel — “I found $220 in here”, a frame for each of your top four sell items, your own voiceover burned in. Progress is more fun when it’s shareable.

faq

Fair questions.

What happens to my photos?
Your photos are sent to our AI provider to identify and value the items in them — that's the whole product. They're used to generate your results, not sold to advertisers or data brokers. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
How accurate is the pricing?
Sell-mode prices are built from live eBay listings for comparable items, then discounted — asking prices run above what things actually close at, so the app does that haircut for you rather than handing you the sticker. It is an estimate, not an appraisal, and markets move: treat it as a starting point and adjust before you post.
Which marketplaces does Sell mode support?
One-tap publish to eight: eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Mercari, OfferUp, Poshmark, Depop, Vinted and Craigslist. Sell mode writes copy tuned for eBay, Facebook Marketplace and Mercari; the full listing writer also tunes OfferUp, Poshmark, Depop, Vinted and Reverb. ClutterCoach copies the finished listing and opens that marketplace’s own sell page — you post it yourself; the app never lists on your behalf.
What do I get on the free plan?
Five room scans total — not per month — with full item identification, the four-pile sort, and coaching — enough to run it on your worst closet and decide if it earns Pro.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are billed and managed by whichever store you bought through — the App Store on iPhone and iPad, Google Play on Android. Cancel anytime in that store’s subscription settings; access runs through the end of the paid period, and there are no cancellation calls or emails to send.
Can I export what I’ve scanned?
The donate pile exports today as a fair-market-value report — item names and estimated values, shareable or savable for a tax deduction. The wider catalogue is on-screen and totalled, but there is no whole-inventory PDF or CSV export yet. Values are AI estimates, not an appraisal, and ClutterCoach does not give tax or financial advice.
